Brösarp vicinity
Brösarp is for many the epitome of Österlen. Cowslips flower here and here chugs steam train through the rolling landscape. The views are stupendous with expansive views of Verkeån valley. The most famous slopes are the south and north, but the one who looks around soon discover that reverse landscape surrounds the whole village in all directions. The slopes are deposits from the last ice age and is in effect fact, the last projection of Linderödsåsens plateau that this is slowly cracking the Hanöbuktens. Brösarp is not only the gateway to Österlen, but also a part of Verkeån nature reserve, one of southern Sweden's largest.
